Day before yesterday I was ready and willing to drop $125k on a new BMW M5 at Rick Hill Imports in Kingsport, TN. and was denied an opportunity to drive the car I was going to buy or a “Demo” of the car on the grounds that “would I want to buy a car with a rock chip on it”. (Hunter Locke conveniently forgot he sold me a new BMW that had acid rain from Eastman Chemical. I have the scientific tests proving it was acid rain). All I did was call the Exec. Worst customer service I have ever received! Especially from a Mercedes dealership! The women working the service department were beyond rude and the man answering the phone for the parts department acted like I was inconveniencing him. For how much it costs to service a Mercedes you would think they would bend over backwards to accommodate their customers.
