Sarah Morganstern was very friendly & helpful when I came in on Saturday June 16. She gave me a tour of the new facility and also offered shuttle service to the Mall while I waited for my car to be serviced. Chong Tennancour is also a very friendly face when I check out. PS The new facility looks great!!

He answered all my questions, arranged for a loaner car, and called me when my car was ready. It was a pleasure working with David and I will definitely trust him to service my car in the future.
The staff at RICK CASE is TOP NOTCH....That is why I trust only them to handle my maintenance work. They are professional, courteous, and knowledgable. In fact, once I save up enough, I'm buying ANOTHER HYUNDAI from this dealership and I am also trying to recruit people to buy their car from there!!!
