Absolutely one of the best Auto Dealer Service experiences ever! Was greeted almost immediately, very friendly staff, listened to what needed to be done on the vehicle and called me immediately after the initial inspection to confirm what work needed to be done AND had the costs ready! Plus the car was ready as promised and was cleaned! Very happy with the service we received - I would highly recommend any Rick Case dealership to friends & family!

I was really Impressed with Sara. She opened my hood upon arrival and checked the wind shield wiper fluid, (and filled it) air filter and I think it was the steering fluid ( don't remember). They also had found something else wrong, and she actually had the picture of the area that had the problem on her cell phone . So seeing it you could understand more about what is going on. Had my oil changed and tires rotated. In the courtesy check it was found that my battery was not firing properly (before I had a problem with it) and it was still under warranty and changed out. What service and I really appreciate their efforts.
