Your Auto Writer Morgan in the service dept. was very prompt and very nice!!
Careful who you hire and what you say to potential customers. We test drove a car with a dealership employee who actually had the gall to say she "won't test drive with Asians or the elderly anymore." On top of that, she said she would hold the car for us and then the next day reneged the statement and the car was sold to someone else. Her supervisor then told us he would try to help us find another car and we NEVER HEARD ANYTHING. Thanks for nothing.

I must say I was extremely disappointed by the service at Rick Case. I purchased a car as a cash deal ...it was not chump change. The car had 2 things that needed to be repaired, I bought the car back in for the 2 items to be repaired, i was given a loaner with no gas and when I picked my car up not only was it not completely repaired but the XM radio was turned off and there was a plastic piece that goes around the windshield missing. I was very pleased with Juetta today, she has a wonderful personality when it comes to working with customers because of her ability and knowledge, because of her hard work today she sold my daughter the car of her (DREAMS) Im hoping to send Julietta customers.
Service Advisor, Steve, was very personable and helpful.
+ + Mr. Deshannon Lewis gave me outstanding customer service! I have been shopping around for the last week & no one has come close to his service & good faith. I told him what I wanted & he was able to deliver the exact car & price I was looking for. I will definitely refer service to him.
I was really impressed with Steve's attention to my vehicles' needs and ensuring I was informed at every turn. I understand I was not his only customer but felt he retunred with updates as he felt was needed and wanted. Thanks for an outstanding service experience!
