I had a service concern, but the service department called me back. Everything is fine now and I wish to thank the dealer for helping to resolve my concern.
I purchased a Hyundai Veloster from Rick Case on 6/6/13 from Curtis Wilson. I had met Curtis a few weeks earlier and was impressed on how passionate he was about selling cars. In doing my research I found that Rick Case had the exact style and color I wanted, so I gave Curtis a call. Monica and Tammy treated me as if I were special, and made me feel as if I were a welcome visitor. That is unusual in my opinion of a typical service department. The Hyundai service team are professional, friendly, and always willing to go that extra mile (or that extra service bay!) to make sure that my car is being taken care of to the best of their ability.
So far our experience with Emmanuel has been great. He answered all our questions over the internet promptly quoted a very fair price, and when the dealership had no suitable 2012's in stock he gave us a 2013 for the same price. Very friendly and helpful, and everything has gone smoothly
Jinetta was a pleasure to work with over the last month as I decided between the Azera and the Genesis. She was knowledgeable on both models and allowed me to test drive both multiple times, even on the interstate. Jinetta was reliable returning calls and obtaining additional information. I feel like she helped me obtain a good price for the Genesis and was patient with me as I went through ever detail of deciding on my purchase. I'm glad Jinetta was my salesperson.
The service was great and once again my Sales Rep. (Jay) was the greatest. He has alway gone above and beyond.
From the moment I enter up to the time of negoiation I have been very pleased with Lou. He has been informative and professional. I would try recommend this dealership to my friends/families.
I have to say that my experience at Rick Case Hyundai changed my mind about car dealerships. My salesman, Manish Rajpurohit, was the best!!! Everyone I came in contact with was very friendly and outstanding.
Best dealership service department I have visited in the past 5 years...Recommend them to all Hyundai car owners..
