Had an appointment for the first oil change, tire rotations & multi point inspection on my 2025 Sportage purchased from Rick Case Duluth, GA. After a 2 hours wait, the car was still in the parking area. Asked the service writer for an update, she came back from the shop and said you’re next. Ten minutes later a Case employee in a different colored uniform ask if I was having a good day. I stated no, due to the long service delay even though I had an appointment.
