I don’t usually write reviews but our experience there was so horrible. The collision center gave us subpar work and attempted to charge us for a malfunction that occurred after we picked it up. Many of the small items we had fixed broke the day we brought it home.

I had a very poor experience with the sales department at this dealership. Ergo, I sent the general manager, Mr. Marc Riley (marcriley@rickcase.com), an email, telling him about the matter, and providing feedback on my experience. Mr. Riley did not even show me the courtesy of acknowledging my email. This dealership operates like a 5th rate, used car malediction.
