This is their technician trying to refill my synthetic oil jug with regular oil after he stole it and realize I wanted the rest back. Will be contacting a lawyer, can’t be the only person they did this to.

Do not go to RC for service. They stole the synthetic oil I provided for a change and I caught them refilling my jug from their bulk supply. Now I have to get my "new" oil change tested to see if it is my synthetic. Do not trust this typical scam shop just because it's a dealership. Their culture is to upsell and switch as much as they can get away with.

DO NOT buy cars here! They are selling cars with previous accidents without telling the buyers about that! You can not discover that until your insurance will let you know and then it’s too late since They are not willing to compensate, replace or trade. They will ignore you and will not respond. Worst place to buy a car. Un reliable, dishonest, fraudulent dealership!

Very courteous and relatively prompt attention through the express service for a maintenance. I had an issue with the safety settings and it was resolved to my satisfaction.

My service tech was Tony. He told me exactly why I was having problems with my car. There were other repairs that I needed and said I was going to my mechanic. On second thought, I am going to have Honda do them. Honda can thank Tony for that. Thank you, Tony!
