Make sure employees wear their masks totally disrespectful to have an employee return your car after service with mask under their chin. What’s wrong with this place
Yesterday, I took my 2019 Odyssey for an oil change/tire rotation. Frank Penzo assisted me, and it was a quick and efficient process. He went above and beyond by noticing my gas cap was not closing correctly and ordering me a replacement part. It was a pleasure doing business with Rick Case Honda as facilitated by Frank.
