Well bought a car here, and in the last month 1/2 I drove the car total maybe 10 days because the other weeks the car has been at dealership getting fixed. The day I bought it I said the tire pressure light is on.... they said oh it will shut off don't worry. Then took it back they called me after a week said hey it's fixed and ready for pick up. So I go to get it they say oh sorry we were wrong it's not fixed and this is after an hour of waiting. So I leave another week 1/2 passes they call hey it's ready I come and get it.... read more
After the service I recieved today I am sad to say that my years of being a valued customer has changed. My vehicle was returned from the auto dept with red markings all over it,no one cleaned it off, made me very angry.
Luiz is a very great salesman. Excellent staff.
RecommendedGreat customer service Tony Pereira is a terrific service manager . Understanding my car issues and making sure I was kept in the loop while my vehicle was being worked on . I know I wasn’t his only customer, but he makes you feel you are .
