Rick Case did an oil change on my daughter's 5 yr old 60,000 mile car. They didn't put enough oil back in the car, blew her engine after driving it 1900 miles & now they are leaving her high & dry. NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE DEPT!! After their extended warranty company said engine blew cause lack of oil Rick Case himself has not even replied to my daughter for help & understanding, even though she left a message on his personal phone !
