Was looking for specific bathroom accessories last Friday and was recommended to go to Richmonds at their Peffermill Branch in Edinburgh. They didn't have what I originally was looking for but were more than helpful in suggesting and ultimately supplying a better alternative. Gordon served me and was great but all the staff that were there were very polite. There was a fair amount of joking amongst other customers.
