A big thank you ! I did not hire a boat however as a sculler from Twickenham I was unfortunate to meet another boat by Richmond bridge. I won’t dwell here on the cause of that accident but I would like to highlight and thank the guys from Richmond rowing boat hire who came to my aid in their launch and helped me recover my boat get me back on dry land and then lent me some oats as one of mine had been snapped in the accident. Loved the experience!
Today my friends and I had a wonderful experience here. The team was very friendly and helpful, and they were incredibly patient in explaining how to paddle the boat, since it was one of our first times. The view was absolutely amazing, and we’ll definitely be coming back!
I had multiple expériences here , all in great manner , stuff was friendly and considerate our needs and good instructions lol , This last time i came with some of my friends to share my rowing experience and he was kind to give us a 30 minutes extra! Im definitely gonna continue coming
Richmond Boat Hire were spot on. Gaz sorted us out and made sure everything was smooth sailing (literally). Proper sound guy. Treat them with a bit of respect and they’ll look after you even better — can’t fault the service at all.
