These people do not even deserve a 1 star rating due to their disgusting attitudes ESPECIALLY coming from the man. This man claims to be the manger though can not do his work properly as he is blatantly disrespectful. Not only was he rude and aggressive but he clearly lacks any sense of professionalism. Thankfully the boat ride went amazingly and me and my friends were having a good time.Until we finished the boat ride and the lady said we were 20 minutes over our time which wasn't even true and the whole staff was being condescending, standing there as we arrive and clapping and laughing as if we were some mockery.The behaviour of the staff was appalling from the start but we dismissed it as we were just "kids" and they were supposed to be the adults, which is disgusting that adults would even argue with kids like this. Reading the reviews now, I can see I’m not the only one who had such a negative experience. I’m grateful that the boat ride itself went smoothly, but the staff’s attitude completely ruined it. Their behaviour was disgusting. I sincerely hope they reconsider their hiring choices ESPECIALLY the manager and the woman who was blatantly rude and ignorant, both unprofessional and dismissive. Absolutely appalling experience – avoid at all costs. If I could give 0 stars, I would. The attitude of the staff here, especially the man who claimed to be the manager, was disgusting. Not only was he rude and aggressive, but he clearly lacks any sense of professionalism. Fantastic time rowing on the river. We hired a tow boat for an hour and had a lovely time. They’re beautiful boats that are being lovingly restored. The guide gave us some tips and plenty of freedom. Lovely way to get on the water and great value too. Thank you x
