Dreadful company to deal with. Their after sales is appalling. Having paid nearly £3000 for a pair of rechargeable hearing aids to their salesman who came to my house, I have since leant he owns Richmond Hearing. I was told they had a five year warranty and have an email from them confirming this. I then had an intermittent fault develop after 18 months so I decided there was no rush and i’d wait to send them back as I had a set of similar, but non Bluetooth aids, coming free from the NHS and didn’t want to be without a pair... read more
Richmond Hearing Centre were amazing. My 11 year old daughter had a micro-suction procedure, the audiologist she saw was wonderful with her – very kind and gentle. The booking process was straight forward and we could easily get an appointment outside school hours. I would highly recommend.
