Highly recommended. We engaged Rufus for a full bathroom refurbishment after speaking to a number of other fitters, as we felt that Rufus' proposed design included all the features we were looking for. His drawings and visualisations were excellent and the quotation was clear and detailed. Work began bang on time. Rufus' fitter Adrian was superb throughout. Very pleased with the new bathroom installed by Richmond Bathrooms. Rufus's design advice on the layout was especially helpful - and RB's installer, Konrad, is a talented craftsman whose work is very impressive - particularly his tiling. The result is lovely. Happy to recommend.

Rufus and his team provided an excellent service when engaged to refit my bathroom. They were able to design the room as well as sourcing all the fittings thus considerably reducing the time I would have needed to spend on it. Throughout they were friendly and professional and the project was finished on time and within budget. I would be happy to recommend them.
