Exceptional staff/patient interaction.
I love filling out the information forms for the first time on line which save time when I checked in. The staff was so professional and everything was State of the Arts. It was wonderful not to have to put blocks in the mouth for X-rays because of the machine used at the office compared at other office. The View helps to take your mind off of waiting for the Doctor to come in and I would recommend this Iffice to Everyone.

Our experience at the Richardson Center for my son's wisdom teeth removal was excellent. Dr. Richardson was great, he helped to calm our nerves and got straight to work. Our total time from arrival to departure was about an hour. The wait before the procedure was only about 10 minutes which was good since we were anxious about the surgery. The only thing I might suggest is to provide some take home notes and suggestions for recovery care. The center provides friendly, thorough service.
Front office staff was very nice and professional. Although the wait was rather long the hygienist continuously checked on me to let me know it would only take a couple of more minutes.
I have to say we are very happy with the service you guys have provided. Great job!
