I went to the office for a consultation. Approximately 20 minutes prior to my arrival, I called and said that I would be 10 minutes late and was informed that as long as I was not 15 minutes late, it would be fine. If it was over 15 minutes, I would have to reschedule. In informed the receptionist that I was coming from the City and I would be there. I called as I got closer and was assisted with directions. Great team of professionals, from check-in thru the procedure!
Dr. Richardson & his staff are very compassionate people.
We are a new family visiting the practice for the first time. Staff was not welcoming at all. They were nice but not friendly. The lady that took my daughter into the room did not explain what she was doing or help to make my daughter feel at ease. She barely spoke to her. It's scary for a kid to enter a doctor's office and not know what's going on. It would help that your staff explain step by step what they are planning to do so that a child feels comfortable.
What a nice office and staff! I am a very nervous patient and they put me at ease.
Great service, friendly environment. Everyone in the team is just great at what they do.
Staff is very friendly, upbeat and professional. Facilities are very neat and clean. Dr. seems trustworthy; he uses state-of-the-art equipment. And for me, the location is good.
Overall, a very good experience. It would be nice to be given the option to complete my insurance paperwork before the appointment. I don't recall getting an email or text to prompt me to do this.
