Everyone who works there is very friendly. They explained to me everything I needed to do in a very simplified way, which always helps. I didnmt have any troubles scheduling the wisdom teeth extraction, and when the day came they were very time efficient.
I have always had a fear of Dentist, and as a child going to the dentist was NOT a priority unless you had to have a tooth pulled. My fear has been lessened by the kindness, the gentleness, the understanding and the patience of not just Dr. Richardson but also the staff. I trust Dr. Richardson and I am for ever thankful that he has renewed my faith in denistry.
Dr. Richardson and his staff were first class compassionate professionals. I especially want to acknowledge Dr. Richardson's assistant who helped calm me down before an extraction. I was really nervous because I had recently had so much dental work down (several root canals) and the thought of having more dental work almost sent me into a panic attack. She (I wish I could remember her name) was the reason I made it through!
Everyone in the office is very friendly, courteous and efficient. In addition, something that impresses me more and more each time I visit, is that everyone is genuinely happy and truly enjoys working there.
We love Dr Richardson and his staff. They make a scary situation, easier to deal with. Thanks to all of them!
Dr Richardson is excellent. I had a great oral surgery experience (implants) with wonderful follow-up care by him and his staff. If oral surgery is required I recommend it be done only by Dr Richardson.

Doctor is EXCELLENT. He helped me w 2 emergency procedures last year and Im hopeful that this will work well. his dental staff are kind and friendly. His front desk was prompt and was actually discussing how great and office and doctor he was to work for.
I have visited several times and I was always greeted with smiles and was seen at the time of the appointment. (Very important to me)
