The entire office staff was wonderful, very friendly and very understanding when I told them I forgot my paperwork. Dr. Richardson and his assistant were both very warm and welcoming.
The office staff is very personable which is of utmost importance to most people. They are welcoming and exude concern and friendliness. A dental office is one of the most fearful places to go and no one knows what emotions the patient is going through, They were very supportive. This was my first time there. I had to make a follow up appointment and I am trusting this ill be the case then also, Dr Richardson is also caring and displays professionalism in his approach.

I found this physician through much research and checking their credentials. As well, I consulted with a family friend who is a dentist who said this was a physician he would go to. The office staff was very friendly and prompt. Dr. Richardson was very thorough with his explanation, I didn't feel rushed and helped me make an informed decision. Dr. Richardson makes the patient feel important and he is one of the best. I feel comfortable with his skill and expertise and I trust his judgement. All of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
