This is my second procedure I am having done by Dr. Richardson. I am extremely pleased with his service.
Dr Richardson and staff were a pleasure to work with. They answered all of my many questions and addressed my concerns both before and after surgery. I felt as if I was in the best possible care. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone in need of and oral surgeon.
When a friend refereed me to Dr Richardson I was in a fair amount of pain from a wisdom tooth in bad shape. I called the office the day after a snow storm that shut the office down for the day. Even with the sizable backlog they were able to fit me in the next day. With the paperwork being on line I was able to avoid the lengthy pen and clipboard in your lap for 20 minutes when I arrived. Everyone was kind, informative and very helpful
All of the staff and the doctor are very friendly...and I am fond of the fact that I never have to wait to be called back for my appointment. It just does not happen anywhere else!
All of the staff were very understanding of my anxiety and supportive in helping me keep it under control. The worst part was having an IV put in as I'm terrified of needles, but the surgeon and assistants had such a reassuring presence it was much easier to stay calm.
The office has a great vibe with a friendly front desk......although it's a little small. I feel confident my dentist made a great recommendation to a qualified and competent professional.
This is the second time my daughter has seen Dr. Richardson and he is amazing with his patients. My husband took our daughter this time and the first thing he said was that Dr. Richardson was so fast and in tune with our daughter. She recovered very well and very quickly.
As I have told Dr Richardson and his staff it is always a pleasure to visit with him and his staff (except why I am there - pulling a tooth or drilling for an implant). The entire staff, top to bottom, is very friendly. They make you comfortable from the moment you walk in the door until you leave.
