I love the fact that the staff keeps the appointments moving. If you are scheduled to there at 8:20 a.m., then someone is calling you back at that time. This is the only doctor's office I know that does it, The doctor is warm and friendly and receives his patients with a smile.
I was terrified to have an implant put in, but there was barely any pain. What a great doctor with friendly competent staff. I'm so glad I had the procedure done!
Everyone in the office is always friendly and courteous, but more than that they all seem genuinely happy! I've had some extensive work done and I have been very happy with everything that has been done. I am very impressed by the way the staff always makes you feel welcome and makes every effort to ensure that you are comfortable. It took me a long time to convince my son to even talk to an oral surgeon about an implant he needs and now that he has met Dr. Richardson he feels very comfortable about the procedure.

Dr. Richardson and staff were very professional and courteous. The Tech who attended to my daughter was very pleasant ...she was incredibly personable. Dr.Richardson was equally engaging and informative.

Dr. Richardson is an amazing surgeon. He is fast, great personality and for me that's what makes him wonderful! He put me at ease, and just made me feel like it would all be ok!
