Dr. Richardson and his staff made the whole process of wisdom teeth extraction so easy. Everything from waiting time, working with insurance, the actual procedure was handled efficiently and with a very positive vibe. Highly recommend!
The staff is friendly, you don't have to wait too long after your appointment time; and they take the time to say "thank you"...this is what the service should be like at all doctor offices.
Dr. Richardson and his staff are very personable, which made the choice easier when deciding on an oral surgeon & practice.
A co-worker of mine has to have some dental surgery. She told me she had several names that he was referred to. I asked her if Dr. Richardson was one of the names. She said yes - I told her 'go to Richardson Dental Surgery they are the best!" She made and appointment and will be see next week.
I am typically very uncomfortable at the thought of surgery or any medical procedure. I usually become very squeamish and I do not look forward to these kinds of appointments. However, Dr. Richardson and his entire team makes oral surgery appointments something that I do not have to become anxious about. Hannah and front office staff are very kind and flexible! I had to cancel my son's wisdom teeth surgery as he had a cold and they were so compassionate and helpful. My husband says Dr. Richardson needs to explain things better and answer more questions before and after surgery.
Saw Dr. Richardson for initial consultation. I arrived at office feeling very stressed and emotional about my dental concerns. Left office feeling so much better and very comfortable that the right decisions will be made for me and that I will receive the best care. Dr. Richardson and his staff are wonderful, caring people. Highly recommend.
