From the minute I walked in until the time I left, I was greeted by the friendly staff. I was informed of exactly what was required. The technician who took my blood pressure and additional health information was so friendly. She smiled and made me feel at ease. Dr. Richardson was phenomenal. He related to me on a personal level and then provided his expertise as to what my procedure would entail.
office staff was very warm , Dr explained procedures in detail in terms the i could understand. he talked to me in stead of at me .
This office makes you feel comfortable, offers friendly reminders and made me less fearful of going to the dentist.
