I hit a rock at 6pm in the evening near Pendine and tore a huge hole in my tyre. It was a hire car and the hire company had no stock or fitters in the area. A passerby told us about Richard’s Tyres Whitland. Mike answered our call and within a few minutes he confirmed stock was available and a fitter was on their way. Dan arrived to the rescue and was so kind about my mistake and got the new tyre sorted very quickly. We were back on the road in less the 90 minutes from when I blew out the tyre. Came out to me very quickly. Great service
5 stars. Excellent service. I had a flat tyre on a brand new Kia only a week old phoned local Kia garage they didn't want to help. Was recommended this company by a work colleague and brilliant he came out within 30 mins of me phoning and it was all resolved within an hour or so I was back on road like new. Can't thank them enough. Will recommend and use again
