Stay Away! Extremely disappointed! These people are very shady. I went to trade in a $18,000 ring that I had bought from them and they said that would honor the full value if I get something else. Every item I asked to see when I asked the price they were taking off the price tags and hiding them and then they took several minutes to figure out the price, then when I asked for the price tag they said the item had the wrong tag.
