I came to Richard Andrews after a negative experience at a different clinic and I am amazed at the level of patience and understanding that Nick has shown with fine tuning my Oticon hearing aids. He is very knowledgeable and he made an effort to help me feel reassured. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a 5* level of care for their hearing aids and follow up appointments. Thank you!

Richard was great... He knew his stuff he was very knowledgeable. He looked inside my ear for a check of wax in my ear he had confidence that he knew the outcome of the appointment even before the appointment had started.... And in actual fact I'm very very impressed with his his practice. I'm only sorry I couldn't put any money across because there was no treatment necessary but the office he was in was absolutely sterile as you would expect the receptionist knew I was coming.
