We decided to replace our conservatory roof with a warm insulated . After obtaining three quotations and proposals we considered the best option was Richard Thomas. The completed project confirmed this decision was correct. The project was managed the effectively, starting and completing as planned with no delays , with all of the trades following on after each other. We bought our new front door in 2021, and last night—four years later—the lock broke. We called Richard Thomas at 8:30 a.m. this morning. Kevin was friendly, helpful, and immediately reassured us that the issue was covered under warranty. He came out right away, and by 9 a.m., everything had been replaced and was working perfectly. You really can’t ask for better customer service. We’re very happy customers!

Kevin and the guys at Richard Thomas transformed are cluttered garage into a beautiful bedroom and utility room. Everything was done to a high standard and nothing was to much to ask for. Even when things came up that were unexpected these guys sorted it straight out. All the guys were on time and very pleasant. I would 100% recommend them and I will be going back to them when we plan on doing more work to the house :)
