I’ve been coming to Dr. Snively’s office for over 8 years, and there’s a reason I keep returning. The entire team is consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. Their exams are always thorough and detailed, and I never feel rushed or overlooked. They also offer a wide selection of eyeglass frames, which makes it easy to find something that fits both my style and my needs. Excellent eye doctor n very professional, friendly, caring, and welcoming. They answered all questions and concerns. The woman at the front desk — after all of my years seeing different eye doctor — Let’s just say, she should not have been the person representing this business. Or less than accommodating nature, She did not even once make eye contact, I don’t think it was because she was having a rough day as this was early in the morning.
After an eye exam, the office would not share my contact lens solution for my usual brand until I had tried a new brand. When the new brand didn't work out, I went back to the old brand, only to discover the prescription was wrong. I was out about $400 for the contacts and eye exam, and when I approached the office about my issues, they offered no reimbursement -- only a second eye exam that would come out of pocket.
My little son needed new frame and I wanted a specific brand for kids, the staff there with patient and high service standard take care of our needs and order more models for my son to choose his new frame..at the end my son said, "mami I like this place"...if son is happy mom is Super happy. Thank you!!!
I am experiencing a pretty serious eye injury and both doctors have been great, very accommodating and are taking the time to see me daily and answer all my questions.
