I moved to Richard Smith from Vets4Pets after substandard care and treatment following an accident where my dog broke his leg. Since moving across to Richard the care Max has received has been excellent. He's a boisterous and excitable 1 year old Lab and Richard knows exactly how to handle him and to ensure the treatment he does is suitable for Max. I cannot thank Richard & Jodie enough for their care & compassion when dealing with both my sister in law and her dog when she was put to sleep this morning. Everything was discussed and explained at every stage before, during and after the 'process' in a professional and empathetic manner. My S-I-L was given the time to say goodbye to her beloved pet properly and was not rushed at all. I would definitely recommend this Vet's Practice
