Excellent service. Richard Poole is a very professional, knowledgeable and experienced in his field. He went the extra mile to insure that I was totally happy with the work that was done, explaining the process and offering welcome advice. At the end of each working day the area was always left tidy. Thanks to Richard and his trusted team I now have a fabulous bathroom. I would highly recommend him.
I simply can't fault Richard and his team. I've had contact with many tradesmen over the years and these chaps have proved to be excellent. Richard has encyclopaedic knowledge throughout his trade and applies that very well. He and his team are skilled at what they do, across the full range of heating and plumbing and can be highly recommended. Richard gets an extra star for truly caring and thinking deeply about the best way to get the job right. So six ****** stars from me.
Great service, phoned Rich saying my dad has no heating and 84years with dementia. It was a weekend he was here the same day even though he’s so busy Highly recommend him. Superb!
Absolutely great - I called Richard with an LPG boiler problem and he was able to provide me with some sound advice which helped to fix the problem straight away! Definitely recommend his services!!
Completely stripped out my old boiler, radiators and pipe work and fitted all new heating system in 3 days flat – amazingly fast and efficient. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy plumber who goes the extra mile to make sure everything is working OK. Would recommend.
