Awful experience. Super super rude and increased his price 2 times from the first quote (after he had the rug in possession). First time he increased it as he had made a mistake on the quote. Second time he increased it as he said the first quote was a cash price and he increased the price presumably to cover the income tax he was trying to avoid with cash payment, when I said i wanted to pay BACS (note this was plus VAT which I understood was fine).
