Just had my old bathroom ripped out and replaced with better placed pipe work , very pleased with the results, it was all tiled and a new shower tray which was lowered and new sink and toilet, all the workers were extremely polite and friendly,all the work was done within the stated 3 week period and it was kept as clean and tidy as possible, we would 100% recommend these guys!!

I came across Richard's details on the Vaillant website, and took the plunge to ask for a quote. During his visit, he was happy to answer all manner of questions, with a pragmatic approach and providing options and reasons for his recommendations. I contacted Richard about what seemed to be a straight forward replacement of a hall radiator, quoted a price and booked me in. Turned up on time, and after some tricky adjustments with the existing pipework, radiator fitted promptly and without issue. All done within 2 hours, and tidied up afterwards. No complaints at all, very friendly guy, and would definitely use/recommend again.
