Excellent service: I emailed to see if Rich Video could convert some cassettes into a CD and Mp3 files and Dave was very quick to reply and arranged for us to drop off the cassettes. He was very friendly and really helpful and he ensured the format he converted the tapes into would be suitable for our devices at home. We left the tapes with him on Thursday and he let us know the digital versions were ready then kindly dropped them off at our house. Dave at Richtv did a fantastic slide show / DVD for my twin daughters for their 18th Birthday. Great service did exactly what I asked and a good quality DVD which is a fantastic present for a milestone Birthday. Will certainly be using his services again :)
I can’t recommend this company highly enough!! I found an old, broken cine reel that I wanted converted as a gift and was really short on time. Dave at Rich TV not only turned it around incredibly quickly, he also went to the effort of creating a beautiful case for both the Disk and USB so I can wrap them. And as an added bonus, they were cheaper than anywhere else I found. Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish
