Although I have not had the experience of working with Marshall or any of his team member on a real estate transaction I have done home improvements and renovations for several of their clients. The testimonies have two common threads- 1. they are very knowledgeable and friendly and 2.they go the extra mile to make sure the transactions go smoothly from beginning negotiations, throughout due diligence, to the final signatureat closing.
