If you’re someone like me who randomly, on occasion, has bits of your body just ‘go’ (neck, lower back, shoulder etc), leaving you hobbling around in fairly serious amounts of pain, then the first thing you should do after reading this is put Ricardo on speed dial - I promise you won’t regret it. I went to Ricardo a few months ago with a persistent aching back and pain. I am now pain free and feeling very thankful for Ricardo! He has been an absolute star, always trying his best (which always does the trick) to help you any way he can. he is knowledgable, talkative and creates such a comforting space! Would highly recommend !!!

After 13 years of pain radiating from my left sacrum to my low back and sometimes to the opposite side, Ricardo finally resolved it, in two sessions, giving me the relief I never thought I’d get again. He took the time to properly go through my health history and find connections I didn’t know could be possible. His manners were gentle even when doing the adjustments. I am finally pain free and extremely grateful to him.
I’ve had a few sessions now with Ricardo for a number of chronic issues, most of them musculoskeletal, some with my gut… I’m not the best patient as I seem to keep undoing his great work.
