Quality of work very good. Fair pricing and passed on a discount on one of the items, in order to meet our budget, which was appreciated. Significant delays with the order, as initially, Velux blinds received were incorrect size, then the business had issues with the courier, with the replacement set. Very pleasant to deal with and following extended delay, provided a temporary solution whilst we were waiting. Communication sometimes quick, sometimes not so quick. Fantastic service from Melanie. I needed my blinds mechanism replacing, and she was kind enough to do this whilst I waited. Very knowledageble and professional. I will definately be going back here in future. Fully recommend.
Shop not open as advertised, wasted journey and no snswet to a phone call. I would not call this a business.
RIbbons Interiors were, bespoke, knowledgable, professional, experienced and full of ideas.....and very competively priced too! So refreshing in this world of 'also rans'. We will certainly use them again.
