These guys saved my ride when I had a DI2 battery issue - fishing out a charging cable from a new bike and charging it for an hour: imagine getting service like this when you're not a customer! Very impressive - recommended.

I needed a replacement part for my daughter's Woom bike. Roger managed to source the part and provided it free of charge which was very much appreciated. My daughter's love their Woom bikes which we got from Ribble Valley e-bikes. The shop has some great looking bikes and the service is fantastic.

Called up Ribble Valley to check if they had a Woom 4 in stock, after experiencing bad customer service with another Woom retailer. The chap on the phone was lovely! He advised me that it would be dispatched on Monday, but low and behold - it arrived today! So happy! Speedy and great service. Daughter will be chuffed with her Christmas present, especially as it is purple!
