My daughter attended Ribble Hypnotherapy last year for only 3 sessions to help with her driving test anxiety issues! But what a difference! 20 to 40 cigarettes a day wasn't sure iff it would work as i have been smoking for 40 years please give it a go i have not wanted a cigarette for 8 days and still going strong can't thank Steve enough
Found this process worked for me, after 40 plus years of smoking finally managed to quit.
I initially went to Steve for help to stop smoking,, that was 5 months ago and still not wanted a cigarette. My next visit was my love of sweets and other sweet stuff cos I wanted to lose weight. Again so far so good, now if you take into effect, I had been smoking for 60 years and had this thing about the sweet stuff basically all my life ( it runs in the family).
