Construction for leasing... (Verified Renter) Construction for leasing office was done, and it looks very nice. Brand new fitness center is coming soon as well. Community is very clean and quiet. I have had no issue staying at this community. The greatest thing is that staffs are really nice and professional.
Besides parking, this... (Verified Renter) Besides parking, this is a great and quiet community to live at. However, I wish someone would have warned me about how horrible the parking is. If you get home after 5:30 or 6pm during the week (weekends are slightly better) you can forget about having a park anywhere near your apartment... but of course there are more than enough covered parking spots for an extra $40 a month - YET not nearly as many non-covered spots. I have lived at numerous other apartment complexes in the past but since experiencing the Cortland way of doing things I'll never choose anything else again. The office staff were so helpful, they worked with me on finding an apartment that fit my budget and put everything into seamless motion when I called needing an immediate move in. The experience of... (Verified Renter) The experience of living here at Rialto by Cortland has certainly been a great one. There is always something going on for the residents to enjoy, put on by the office management. I've lived here for 7 yrs but the last 2 have been the best!!
