I love living... (Verified Renter) I love living here! My apartment is so adorable and all of my family and friends that visit have complimented on how great the upgrades look! I've never met an entire team who feel like family and so accommodating. Everyone from management to the maintenance team! There's so much communication about changes to the community, updates on the renovation process and they even have been doing alot of community stuff at the pool which have been awesome!
Modern, new apartments. Convenient location. Friendly, helpful staff! I have lived at Rialto by Cortland for almost 2 years. I started in an older style apartment, but recently transferred to a newly remodeled apartment. We love it! The new apartment has all new appliances, lighting, cabinets - it's so nice to have NEW things to use! The house fan is helpful when you don't want to run the AC unit. Ample closet space and sunlight. Would prefer to have laminate or hardwood floors throughout (which, I understand, is the case for 1st floor units).
