The Best! I recently moved into these apartments, and it has been fantastic so far. Israel, the maintenance guy, has been an enormous help during our move. He is quick and efficient in resolving any issues I have. Not only that, but the entire property is consistently clean and well-kept.

great place to live I have lived at Cortland North Haven for over 2 years. It is the best decision I have ever made with regards to places to live. The grounds are well kept and clean. My maintenance request are completed usually the same day and the office staff always greets me with a smile. This is the best place to live in Cypress.

Best In Cypress I lived here for almost 3 years when I had a job transfer to Dallas. I just moved back about 3 months ago. It is the same as when I left. The staff, grounds and maintenance are superior to anywhere I have lived in the past.

Best place in Cypress I have enjoyed living here for over a year. It is a beautiful community and close to 290 and Beltway 8. It is convenient to shopping and restaurants as well. The attached garages makes my apartment seem more like a house and less like an apartment. The staff is great as well.
