Family friendly and awesome staff If you want to move in somewhere family friendly and where you can trust the management and staff, this is the place for you. When we moved in with the previous management team in charge, we had the worst move in experience; our apartment was filthy and smelled so strongly of cigarette smoke on move in day that we wanted to break the lease right then and there, BUT, ever since Cortland took over the property and gave us new amazing office staff- our experience has been wonderful.
