Office staff is timely and considerate just great overall. It's not their fault as to what materials management and higher ups choose to use in the units. Landscaping in front... (Verified Renter) Landscaping in front of my patio is dead and has been dead since I moved in 2 years ago. I have asked repeatedly for the dead ones to be removed and replaced but nothing has ever been done. I keep my patio attractive and clean with lawn furniture and plants. I am greatly disappointed in the no action that I have received with this issue. This to me a deal breaker!!!!
