We had an engineer turn up to fix a leak yesterday, it was a small job under the sink, he quite clearly wasn't prepared to go an get a new bottle trap or do it properly an im not sure he was a proper plumber so he bodged it, as soon as he left we put the washing machine an taps on an it was leaking even worse, we called up an got told he will be back between 8am-9am, we have had to take a day off of work an it's now 12.55 an nobody has turned up, the office have been saying he will be there in 1 hr since 9am, I can see why t... read more
RHP are abysmal. Not fit for purpose. The staff are ignorant and rude. The staff laugh at you and gaslight, clearly they feel they do not have to answer to any form of management. Well, let's see about that!! Drunk workmen show up and never return. Dates given, wait in all day and then no shows. What a joke. The whole of RHP needs a shake up and the staff need replacing with people that actually want to do their job. Vile.
