My nose didn't heal how it supposed to after my first surgery, I didn't like the final result so I went for a revision rhinoplasty procedure and I can say that Dr. Khalid Ali was professional as always. Not only he made it do book my surgery in one week, to have time to heal before a holiday, but he made my wish come true, as I told him right before the surgery that I want my tip lifted a little bit. And he made it happen, I love my nose now. I am still waiting to fully recover but looks amazing. Thank you Dr. Ali

I cannot thank Dr. Khalid enough for the amazing job he did with my rhinoplasty! From start to finish, the entire experience has gone so smoothly. I had been feeling insecure about my nose for years, but after my surgery, I feel more confident and comfortable with my appearance. I still look like me just with a nicer nose! Really disappointed. Paid £220 for a 20 minute consultation with Mr Khalid Ali at his Manchester clinic (nearest station Gatley). I was quoted £13,000 (!) for an open rhinoplasty with work to bridge and tip. Had understood the surgery may cost £7k to £10k but felt taken for a ride and exploited. There are more cost efficient options on Harley Street, with comparable experience. I attended the clinic in Spring 2024 and have added photos to prove this - the clinic is being renovated and is really shabby. This is not a fake rev... read more

Very disappointed in the lack of help and emotional support I had, I feel like this procedure was rushed and didn’t get to speak much to the surgeon. Me also being young and naive I didn’t think properly of the ending results and had no one to speak to from the team asking why I wanted it, or making sure I’m all ready to have such a big thing done. It’s only after you realise how important these little details are. Unfortunately I am unhappy with the results aswell.
