First class service from Lewis at Rhino, he was polite, professional and explained all repairs as he went along. He communicated with my letting agent about what work was being done at the time to keep everyone informed. Made sure I knew how to operate my windows after the repairs by showing me and asking me to have a try before he left. Lewis even gave the outside of my window a clean which was so kind and a huge help at 6 months pregnant! Can’t recommend him enough, thank you Lewis!
First class customer service from Lewis. In these days when it is increasingly difficult to get a response from firms for small jobs, Lewis really did come up trumps. I needed a 25 year old broken hinge which could no longer be supplied by the manufacturer. Lewis took the time to video call and then search his stock before confirming he had a suitable replacement. I was told by someone else that I would need 2 new windows put in. I gave Rhino a call and they came round and fixed both the windows within a 30 minute period they just needed some TLC. Gave advise on how to take care of the windows in the future and what to buy. Really great service.
