Everyone at Rhinebeck Ford was amazing! I was dealing with limited time and needed to find the appropriate vehicle for my family's needs. Jim Gay stepped up and helped me find the car I wanted to purchase. No one SOLD me anything. I was never pushed to buy and never once felt like I was getting the run around. Even though I was running on a tight and complicated schedule, they all worked with me to get the perfect vehicle for my entire family. We had a wonderful experience buying our new F-250 Super Duty. My boyfriend stopped in on Saturday to look at a truck we had seen online and we drove it home Tuesday night. It was a great buying experience and we were so glad to be Frank first sale! I know we will be back for our next vehicle.
