I just called the rhinebeck ford about 2 recalls on my car and the lady I spoke to was not very customer friendly! What a disgrace! I wish pine plains ford was still in pine plains!!!

We were Honda CRV owners for thirteen years before a tree took it out a few weeks ago. We loved our old car, but always found it to be a noisy ride. We looked around and made a stop here at Rhinebeck Ford, just to see how an american car would compare. So pleasantly surprised! Smooth, quiet ride and great safety features. Our salesman, Frank Futak, was awesome. Not pushy, easy-going, and down-to-earth. We absolutely love our new Ford Escape! We had a great experience here! Thank you Rhinebeck Ford!!

I couldn’t be more happy with the service I was given from the sales and service departments to the parts department! They are all very knowledgeable with every vehicle they have on the lot as well the mechanics are all an outstanding bunch! Made us wait 5 hours, accepted our check and then told us they sold it to someone else. Probably for more money or they were local. We drove there 2 hours from CT and had an appointment with Andrew. We even test drove the truck first. Andrew, who kept saying he was honest and transparent, couldn't even look us in the face to tell us they sold it out from under us. Such weasels. I wouldn't ever buy anything from them!!!! Who does that!!
Terry and I had a great experience here at Rhinebeck Ford. All the staff was ready to help with any of our questions and Frank our salesman was awesome. Frank was always considerate never pushy nice guy to be around . The whole Rhinebeck ford team was great. We had a small issue with the used pickup we purchased and it was resolved immediatley at no cost. We would have no issue purchasing another vehicle from these guys.
