3 months ago I purchased a 2011 Ford 350 Lariat 6.7 Diesel. I love the truck. Rhinebeck Ford was excellent to deal with. Recently I had another dealership do a service and found a couple of items that were covered by Rhinebeck's good name. I drove 120 miles round-trip to buy this truck and With a reasonable conversation, a recognition of the opportunity to make a customer really happy, Nick and Chuck did exactly that.
