In addition to what I wrote yesterday they wrote on the repair order that the wipers were changed they didn’t need changing but I thought that was nice. We driving home and it starts to rain and my son can’t see where he is going he checks them out today and they are the wrong ones. What happened to checking operation after u replace something thankfully they didn’t change the brakes

Outstanding service department. Tammy and the service manager were who I personally dealt with and they took such great care of me. I was from out of state and no one else at any other ford dealership would fix my truck or if they did they'd cause more issues then I origionally had. Not Rhineback Ford. They were a pleasure to work with. Ill be sure sending my truck there for routine maintenance now. I give a full 5 star review
