My car had a recall. They couldn’t get it back to me on time so they gave me a brand new beautiful Ford Fusion with all the bells and whistles. I said it’s ok I’ll wait. They said emphatically no it’s our fault so enjoy the loaner. Now that’s good business. I will recommend them always and when I buy another car it will definitely be bought or leased at Rhinebeck Ford. Thank you Ann Lombardozzi

Jim was absolutely awesome to work with. He's very patient and not pushy at all. One of few, that let you take the vehicle on the test drive alone without the mindless chatter of how to operate the sun visors and such. I received an unbelievable deal on my brand new Escape that would make those volume Ford dealers cower. Great job by all here!

Go here and ONLY ask for Desirae- she is the ONLY car salesperson in the Hudson Valley (ford or otherwise, and we talked to all of em) who truly knows her vehicles inside and out. She loves these cars and it’s a breath of fresh air to talk to a sales person who can answer questions about engines, tow capacity, mileage while she shows you where the hidden lights are and walk you through what the lines mean in the backup cameras.
