Hi everyone, I am the manager of this business and it’s come to my attention that bad reviews have been made. Can I just start with saying to everyone who’s left an honest bad review regarding our previous fitter I can do nothing but apologise deeply and hope we have rectified the issues as best we can for you - that team is no longer with us due to the problems he was causing. Not the most friendly place , and the flooring was damaged
Reasonable prices, but not much else positive I can say. We recently used this company to have our upstairs carpeted, and while the price and quality of the carpets was good, the fitting and service left much to be desired. We received no sort of time as to when we could expect the carpet layers to arrive, but eventually they did and got to work, only to leave halfway through the job to go and do a job elsewhere. Where do I start? We choose the carpet and were happy with the price but when it came to fitting ,it was a nightmare; when the fitter arrived he immediately told me he didn't have the underlay so he couldn't actually fit it...(one job...). He went off and came back the next day at 1430 and told me on his arrival he couldn't fit carpet as he had to pick his child up...(ok, so why are you here? i was thinking...) any way, he promises to come back the next day...he didn't due to bad weather but it was understandable to be fair ... read more
Was able to supply and fit a decent quality and good value carpet for our Childcare setting (Little Chums) at very short notice, which was really appreciated!
